K2 2024 Isolator Split Package Men's Snowboard

New to the K2 spitboard family for the 2024 snowboard range is the Isolator. Made with a strong and responsive Paulownia Tour-Lite core this thing is LITE! A bit stiffer than the Marauder Splitboard the Isolator has the ICG 20 Biax Carbon Fiberglass laminates as opposed to the 10 the Marauder sports. The K2 Isolator has a wide nose with no rocker in the tail so has a true directional shape and camber. Sporting the  Volume Shift technology you can size down 4-5cm shorter than you would usually ride.

Hybritech? ? Hybritech? is the most efficient way to make a snowboard without sacrificing one ounce of performance. Featuring sidewalls along the running surface that flow into the nose and tail, providing low swing-weight while extending the wood core all the way to the tip of the board for optimized turning initiation and durability.

Volume Shift - K2 has moved volume from the tip and tails of traditional snowboard shapes and placed it underfoot where it can be better controlled. This makes a wider, shorter snowboard design that maintains the same float and stability of a longer snowboard but increases mobility and maneuverability. More slashing and better lines in the tight spots and now a reality.
