The Raygun POP features a Directional Combination Camber Profile for stability on any terrain. Ten tip-to-tail carbon fiber stringers give that “just right” flex that meets the mark for responsiveness and snap, and our Aspen Core strikes the perfect balance between weight, liveliness, and durability.The K2 Raygun POP combines a classic directional twin shape and progressive Combination Camber Profile that takes on all comers, and will have you blasting your way down open powder fields, perfectly spaced tree runs, and your favorite line in the park. We took the award winning design of the original K2 Raygun and added camber in between the bindings for extra pop on take offs and stability while carving or at high speeds, giving it a confidence boosting, tried-and-true feeling that’ll have you pointing it at terrain you never thought possible. Its all-wood core is made from sustainably harvested aspen, providing a snappy and playful feel with a mid-flex for quick edge changes through sketchy terrain and popping off jumps. We use our ICG™ 10 Biax Fiberglass with tip-to-tail carbon stringers for edge hold through choppy terrain and at high speeds, and added an Extruded 2000 base to provide a smooth and durable ride that’ll have you leading your crew to the next secret stash.

Integrating tip-to-tail carbon fiber stringers into fiberglass layups ensures a smooth power release in and out of turns while increasing pop, liveliness, and longevity of the snowboard without adding unnecessary rigidity. We offer ICG™ Glass in two variations; ICG™ 10 Biax and ICG™ 20 Triax.

BIAXIAL GLASS:

Smooth all-purpose performance with a no-frills design. Fibers are woven together at 0° and 90°, creating a more forgiving flex pattern.
