Featuring a full multilayer woodcore and Volkl’s Tailored Titanal frame, this all terrain carver offers exceptional stability and power transmission, while still maintaining a playful, responsive feel, be it on harder packed morning groomers or the more mixed terrain later in the afternoon. The combination of the 3D Radius sidecut and slight tip/tail rocker ensures smooth turn initiation in both shorter technical turns and faster longer arcs. It’s robust construction with 3d Glass and tailored carbon tips allows for confident carving and superior edge grip in the more demanding firmer surfaces. Nimble enough for all-day adventures yet stable enough for varied terrain, the Peregrine 82 is for the skiers who demand performance and versatility with every turn.

Bindings Included: Yes
Binding: Marker Lowride 13 FR
Type: Carving
Geometry: 128/82/111
Radius: [(R1)26.9m, (R2)15m, (R3)23.2m] @ 177cm
Weight: 3070g/ski+binding @ 177cm

Tailored Titanal Frame
The Titanal Frame with a thickness of 0,7 mm is integrated along the sidewall and into tip and tail area of the ski. This way the ski provides the stability and dampening that every experienced skier expects, at the most critical spots on the tip and tail of the ski. A second thinner Titanal layer (0,3 mm) under the binding delivers the necessary strength to the ski. This way the binding screws offer the most reliable hold even in the toughest conditions and the super thin sheet allows a soft flex in the mid-body. The last sheet runs directly underneath the core for added support. Due to this highly complex construction skiers experience a previously unknown combination of liveliness and high-speed stability.

3D Radius Sidecut
For maximum diversity in turns and skiing style, the ski has different radii in the middle and at the ends. Usage of long radii at tip and tail for big turns and high speed and a shorter radius in the center for short turns and lower speed.

3D Glass
Compared to classic glass constructions the three-dimensional and multiple-folded glass layers in the tip and in the tail area result in an increased edge grip and a more vivid rebound behavior in turns.

Full Sidewall
Direct and strong power transmission with full length sidewalls.

Multilayer Woodcore
The combination of beech and poplar results in an extremely durable wood core composed of hard wood in the binding area and lighter wood around.

Tailored Carbon Tip
By weaving the carbon pattern to a carrier material, Volkl is able to place the carbon weave with much greater precision.
